The next visit to the doctor should have a place when the term of pregnancy is 5-6 weeks to confirm embryo’s heartbreaking and to control embryo development. If everything is correct the next visit should be done at the 9th-12th week of pregnancy (the period of the first ultrasonic screening). The first ultrasonic screening should be done to confirm the correct embryo development and to predict possible embryo’s pathology. The second ultrasonic screening should be done during 19th-21st weeks of pregnancy. This screening allows to investigate fetal heart, neuron system etc. The ultrasonic exam at the 31st-35th week of pregnancy gives information about fetal location, placenta state. Doppler ultrasonic investigation will show pathology of uterine-placental blood slow.

It is necessary to carry out laboratory blood exams during pregnancy to evaluate hormonal state of patient, to check some infections, to control biochemical blood results.

Control of some hormones in dynamic (placental lactogene, chorionic gonadotropine, estrogens, progesterone, testosterone and cortisol) allows to predict the danger of abort, frozen pregnancy etc.

It is very important to pass next exams during the pregnancy: RW reaction, AIDS, hepatitis B and C, clinical blood exam (before every visit to the doctor), clinical urine exam (before every visit to the doctor), cytology exam, exam for the number of infections etc.
