LIST of necessary analysis for ART (including program of surrogacy)

List of necessary analysis for women:

• physician’s conclusion about the state of somatic health and absence of contra-indication for carrying of a pregnancy;
• determination of blood group and Rhesus factor;
• clinical [common] blood analysis (including the coagulability);
• blood analysis for syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis B and C;
• bacterioscopic discharge analysis of three points (vaginal discharge, urethra discharge, cervical discharge);
• cytological analysis of cervix of the uterus;
• general gynaecological examination;
• Ultrasonic investigation of small pelvis organs;
• Analysis for follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone.

List of necessary analysis for men:

• blood analysis for syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis B and C;
• spermogram.

Additional examination is possible after doctor`s advice.
